• What payment methods do you accept?

  We use Razorpay Secure for online purchases, supporting UPI, cards, international cards, and wallets.

• Are my payment details secure?

  Yes. All online payments are processed through trusted and secure payment gateways, which are designed to keep your payment details safe. We do not handle your card details directly on our website, and your transaction is completed through our payment partner’s secure platform.

• Do you offer EMI options?

  EMI payment options may be available on selected bank cards and payment methods, as offered by our payment gateway partners. Eligibility, tenure, and charges are determined by the issuing bank and shown at checkout. You can also complete your purchase using UPI, cards, international cards, and wallets.

• How do I use a voucher?

  Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your voucher code in the relevant field and click “Apply.” The voucher balance will be adjusted against your order total. If your order value is higher than the gift card balance, you can pay the remaining amount using UPI, cards, international cards, and wallets. Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed in a single transaction.

• What are the gift card and credit note terms?

  Gift cards and credit notes are subject to the following general terms:

  • Cannot be used to buy another gift card
  • Multiple gift cards/credit notes can be combined in a single order (where supported at checkout)
  • Cannot be clubbed with other discounts or promotional offers, unless specifically mentioned
  • Validity is fixed and cannot be extended
  • No minimum purchase requirement, unless stated otherwise
